Artificial Intelligence opportunities in PSM Education

This online workshop is aimed at purchasing and supply management (PSM) educators who are interested in exploring and discussing how AI can add value (or not) to Purchasing and Supply Management Education. At the end of this webinar, participants will have a better understanding of how they can make use of AI within their educator’s work.
A group of experts Dr. Charles Knight, Assistant Director at Advance HE and Chaaben Kouki, Professor of Supply Chain Management and Director of the Data Lab at ESSCA School of Management will share their experiences and approaches to developing innovative AI algorithms, products and services in Higher Education.
Charles Knight -With many years of experience in academic leadership and management consultancy, Charles is passionate about creating high-quality, innovative products and services in Higher Education. As the Assistant Director of Knowledge and Innovation/Consultancy, Governance & Insights at Advance HE, he led teams of consultants to deliver thought leadership content, reports, events, and consultancy services to various global university partners.
Chaaben Kouki is a professor of Supply Chain at ESSCA and Director of the Data Lab, where he develops innovative AI algorithms, including deep reinforcement learning for operations management. He has collaborated with leading companies like Bristol-Myers Squibb, focusing on optimizing logistics systems. His work bridges academia and industry, and he has published in top journals, advancing research in supply chain optimization
