community: Mohammad eslami - Jönköping university


Mohammad Eslami is an Associate Professor in Supply chain and Innovation Management and Director of PhD Candidates at Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) in Sweden. 

In 2017, he obtained a PhD in Management and Science and Technology Management from Linköping University (Sweden) writing a thesis entitled “knowledge integration with customers in collaborative product development".

His research interests are related to supply chain and innovation management in four main research areas: digitalization, knowledge integration, dynamic capabilities, and uncertainties. He explores these areas through different research approaches, such as case studies, quantitative surveys, and literature reviews. Regarding the case studies, he has focused on the sizeable Swedish manufacturing firms, as this strategy allowed for close collaboration with the selected companies and their key staff. In addition, he has conducted several survey studies in Sweden, including collaboration with colleagues in Italy, France, Spain, and Denmark to facilitate cross-country comparisons. Based on his research endeavors, he has published in international journals of production Economics, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of production research, Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, among others. 

Since 2011, Mohammad has been involved in supervising theses and developing and teaching various courses at undergraduate and graduate levels such as Logistic firms and logistic services, Supply chain management, Innovation management, Innovative and entrepreneurship, Industrial organization and Project management.
