ABSTRACT AND PAPER SUBMISSIONS
Please find here below all necessary information regarding the abstract and paper submissions.
- Authors are invited to submit either an abstract or a full paper using the online submission system (link will be made available by September 2, 2024).
- No author information should appear on any page of the abstract or paper, as abstracts and papers will be blind reviewed. If you submit an abstract or paper that contains any information identifying you or a co-author, the abstract/paper will be removed from the system, and you will be invited to resubmit.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection by January 24, 2025. The notification will include feedback to author(s). The decisions of the IPSERA 2025 Conference are final.
- Those requiring a Visa for entrance to the Netherlands should follow the deadlines for Express Submissions (not available for competitive papers) and will then be notified of acceptance/rejection by November 15, 2024.
- Authors of accepted abstracts or papers will be invited to submit a final paper by March 7, 2025. At least one author must be registered by the same date, for the paper to be included in the program.
