Please find the detailed program for the different days below:

A map of the conference venue, indicating the buildings and rooms, can be found here

Instructions for Presenters

Now that the final program is available, please double-check when and where you are scheduled to present. You can search for your name to see all the sessions when you are scheduled. Please ensure that you search across all days of the conference.

Each session is either 60 or 90 minutes long and contains multiple presentations. After each presentation, session chairs will open the discussion. Please check the duration of your talk and prepare your presentation accordingly.

  • For the competitive papers, each presentation will last maximum 20 minutes, followed by a 10-minute discussion.
  • For the working papers and practitioner papers, each presentation will last maximum 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute discussion.

You are free to use any template for your presentation, e.g., from your organization.

Note that this year, due to security reasons, you cannot bring your presentation on a USB. For the same reason, we discourage the use of private laptops.

Presenters need to upload their final presentation online by Friday, March 28, 17:00 CET. The link to the Dropbox folder has been sent via email. Note that you first need to click "Join Folder" in the top left to access the complete folder. Next, select the correct day(s) and track(s) of your presentation(s) to upload your presentation file. To know which folder to use, check the program for the session that your presentation is scheduled in.

Instructions for Chairs

Now that the final program is available, please double-check when and where you are scheduled to chair. You can search for your name to see all the sessions when you are scheduled. Please ensure that you search across all days of the conference.

Check how much time is allocated to each paper. In any case, the session should not go beyond the dedicated 60 or 90 minutes.

Please do not change the order of papers presented, so that people can attend a specific presentation when planned.

Some of the sessions feature one or more online presentations, as indicated in the schedule. Please note that the entire session will then be streamed online, with the online presentation(s) being scheduled at the end of the respective session. Online participants may want to ask questions, so please check Teams for hands/messages, or explicitly call our for online questions. The "Green Team" technical assistant will help you arrange for this, i.e., open the designated Teams link at the start of the session, check audio and video, and check for the online presentation.

In case of a no show, please allow for some idle time before starting with the next presentation at the time it was originally planned. This allows people to attend a specific presentation when planned.
