Online registration is open from November 1st, 2024 in the IPSERA Registration systemPlease note that at least one author needs to be registered by March 9, 2025 in order for a paper to be included in the program.

Please note that online participation allows for the following:

  • Opportunity to watch all plenary sessions in real-time (including livestreaming of the conference opening, practitioner panel, and closing meeting) and participate in the hybrid format of the AGM meeting (via Microsoft Teams). 
  • Opportunity to attend a selection of PDWs in a hybrid format (via Microsoft Teams, depending on the nature of the PDWs and their suitability for the hybrid format). 
  • Opportunity to present your paper online (via Microsoft Teams) and attend a certain number of paper sessions in a hybrid format (via Microsoft Teams). 

Authors wishing to present online should indicate in Oxford Abstracts their online presence and their time zone. We try to schedule online presentations according to the authors' time zone, but we cannot guarantee we can accommodate all requests. 

Please note that the Sunday program will not be available in hybrid format. 

REGISTER FOR THE SPORTS ACTIVITY 

Kickstart the final conference day, Wednesday April 2, with an energizing morning activity from 7:00–8:00 AM! Choose between a revitalizing yoga session in the brand-new campus sports building or a scenic sunrise run through Rotterdam. Afterward, refuel and connect over a sports breakfast with fellow sports participants before diving back into the conference. Showers in the new sports building will be available to freshen up before the sessions begin.

Register here to secure your place in the yoga or running session. The breakfast is offered for free but exclusively for registered sports participants.

REGISTER FOR THE POST-CONFERENCE SOCIAL ACTIVITY 

As a special post-conference social activity, we are thrilled to offer a private two-hour guided boat tour through Rotterdam. Departure and transport

The departure address for the boat tour is Boompjeskade 123. Please arrange your own transportation from the university. There are three options to get there:

  • By tram: From the university stops Oude Plantage or Woudestein, take Tram 1 (direction Holy) or Tram 11 (direction Woudhoek) to Keizerstraat. From stop Keizerstraat, it’s a 10-minute walk to Boompjeskade 123.
  • By metro (via Leuvehaven): From Kralingse Zoom, take Metro A (Schiedam Centrum), Metro B (Steendijkpolder), or Metro C (De Akkers) to Beurs. Transfer to Metro D (De Akkers) or Metro E (Slinge) and get off at Leuvehaven. From Leuvehaven metro station, it’s a 7-minute walk to Boompjeskade 123.
  • By metro (via Blaak): From Kralingse Zoom, take Metro A (Schiedam Centrum), Metro B (Steendijkpolder), or Metro C (De Akkers) to Blaak. From Blaak metrostation, it’s a 14-minute walk to Boompjeskade 123.
