The IPSERA 2025 conference will take place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, under the theme "Room for Talent".

The conference is hosted by the purchasing & supply management team at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) and Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management (ESHPM), and will be held at the Campus Woudestein of Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
