REGISTRATION

Online registration is open from October 1st, 2021 in the IPSERA Registration system.

Please note that in the event of restrictions by the Swedish government prohibiting the hosting of IPSERA 2022 on-site in Jönköping, or where the participant’s country of origin prohibits travel to Sweden at the time of the conference, a participant registered to attend physically can change registration to online participation and will get a refund for the difference in fees*.  


*We provide two options for handling your surplus money (depending on the deadlines indicated in 'Cancellation Policy' deadlines below).

1) You keep your money in our IPSERA account. This allows you to use it for future membership/conference payments. 
2) You can request a reimbursement. Unfortunately, due to a change of PayPal’s policies in April 2020, we have to keep a transaction fee. For this reason, we keep €25 of your surplus to cover PayPal costs and reimburse the remainder.

Credit card, paypal and wire transfer payments are accepted.

Please observe that at least one author needs to be registered before March 25th in order for a paper to be included in the program.

SPECIAL CATEGORIES FEE  ELIGIBILITY
PhD students € 200  We check eligibility, please fill out the bursary application form (see link) and send to bursaries@ipsera.com in case you wish to register as a PhD Student.

 Online participation		 € 0 We check eligibility, please fill out the bursary application form (see link) and send to bursaries@ipsera.com in case you would like to register as a PhD Student.
Guests € 150 Every conference attendant is allowed to bring one guest to the social events (dinners) at a fee of € 150 covering the marginal costs only. Please indicate your guest in the registration process. Guests are not permitted to attend the full conference program. 
IPSERA veterans (IV-League) - Retired IPSERA veterans € 200

Veterans who have no organisation to pay for their conference fee may apply for a reduced rate. Conditions apply you: 

  • have to be over 65 years old;
  • must have been an IPSERA member for the past four years
  • should currently be an IPSERA member, and have visited at least three IPSERA conferences.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Free cancellation until 24th of February
  • Cancellation charge of € 75 when cancelled between 25th of February to 24th of March
  • No refunds after 25th of March
