IPSERA and JPSM webinar (online)

Competing for Supplier Resources: Reverse marketing, customer attractiveness, supplier satisfaction and preferred customer treatment

The event will be held online.

Date: November 27th, 2026

Time: 12:30 (UTC+1)

Duration: 1 hour

The webinar will introduce the JPSM Special Issue, “Competing for Supplier Resources: Reverse marketing, customer attractiveness, supplier satisfaction and preferred customer treatment.”

During the session, two invited speakers, Niels J. Pulles (University of Twente) and Chris Ellegaard (Aarhus University), will share their perspectives, experiences and insights on customer attractiveness, supplier satisfaction and preferred customer treatment, highlighting opportunities and challenges for research on competing for supplier resources.

The webinar is organised by Holger Schiele, Zsófia Tóth, Kari Tanskanen and Claudia Rebolledo. The Special Issue Guest Editors will moderate the discussion and conclude the session by sharing their reflections and practical advice for researchers interested in contributing to this important topic.

Whether you are conducting research on customer attractiveness and preferred customer treatment, interested in how buying organisations compete for scarce supplier resources, or exploring opportunities to contribute to the Special Issue, this webinar offers a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and engage with the international PSM research community.

We warmly encourage all IPSERA members, researchers and scholars to join us for this insightful discussion.

Once registered, you will receive the event link a few days before the event.
