KEY DATES

The IPSERA conference will take place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, under the theme "Room for Talent". Join us from Sunday 30 March to Wednesday 2 April, 2025.  

We will have an accelerated submission and review process for visa application purposes to make the IPSERA 2025 conference as inclusive, diverse, and open as possible. Therefore, we will have express submission deadlines and regular submission deadlines. Note that the express submission deadlines are meant only for expedited notification for visa application purposes.

BURSARIES

PhD students and post-doc researchers have the possibility to receive bursaries that provide financial support for the conference and workshop attendance. Applications open on September 2, 2024 and close on December 1, 2024. All applications will be treated confidentially, and decisions for all applicants will be made at the end of December 2024.
